1. General Rule
All completed deposits, credited balances, settled bets, and completed withdrawals are generally final. Because the service involves digital transfers and virtual items, refunds are not automatically available once a transaction has been processed.
2. Situations That May Be Reviewed
Refund or balance adjustment requests may be reviewed in cases involving duplicate credits, confirmed technical failures, pricing or settlement errors, unauthorized account access that is promptly reported, or other exceptional circumstances supported by platform records.
3. Situations Not Eligible
Refunds are usually not available for losses resulting from voluntary bets, user error, forgotten trade URLs, delays caused by third-party platform outages, market value changes of virtual items, or account activity performed through a properly authenticated login session.
4. Request Procedure
To request a review, contact support with your Steam account details, transaction or round ID, trade offer link if relevant, and a clear description of the issue. Requests should be submitted as soon as possible after the event.
5. Review Outcome
If a request is approved, a wallet credit, reversal of an internal balance entry, or another reasonable remedy may be provided. Cash refunds are not guaranteed unless required by applicable law.
6. Chargebacks and Abuse
Fraudulent disputes, chargebacks, or abuse of the refund process may result in account suspension, transaction reversal where possible, and additional review of related accounts or virtual item activity.
